You have two options. You can buy a ticket for one of our scheduled public magic cruises OR you can book the entire boat for a private charter. Check the "Cruises" page in the menu for scheduled cruises, or reach out to us to discuss booking the boat for your private event.

The boat is BYOB, BUT we have an amazing cocktail mixer package that you can add on if you are doing a private cruise. We've created several bespoke, non-alcoholic mixers that use real fruit juice and homemade syrups for drinks like Mai Tai, Piña Colada, and Margarita. These mixers are also great to enjoy as mocktails! With this package we will provide the mixers, glassware, ice, garnish, and a bartender so you can enjoy a craft tiki cocktail experience while on board. You bring the booze, we provide everything else!

Check the "Cruises" section of the site for prices for individual tickets to the public cruises. For private charters, there is a 2 hour minimum, and here is the pricing for that.

Monday - Thursday: $899 + Taxes

Friday - Sunday: $999 + Taxes

Private Charter includes exclusive access for you and your group to the Tiki Boat for a 2 hour cruise through the harbor of Marina del Rey. The price includes a US Coast Guard Captain as well as an Event Host/Bartender/Deckhand to make sure your experience on the water is perfect. During a private charter you may bring whatever food and beverages you want aboard and you can play your own music on our Bluetooth Soundbar.

UPGRADES AND ADD ONS 

There are a few options to add on if you’d like. 

THE TIKI COCKTAIL MIXER ADD ON: $48 and up

The boat will be BYOB, but with this package we will provide everything you need to have a craft cocktail experience on your voyage. Hand crafted (non-alcoholic) cocktail mixes using real fruit juices and homemade syrups, Ice, Glassware and Garnishes. You bring the booze, we bring the rest! The host will act as the bartender and prepare your beverages on board. Pricing for this depends on how many people and how many drink options you want. 

MAGIC SHOW: $399

Add a magic show to your experience. The magician will join you on board for the cruise and perform various close up miracles, and a 20 minute stand up show for your entire party. 

EXTRA HOURS: $399

The 2 hour charter can be extended for the rate of $399 per additional hour.

The boat can take up to 18 passengers.

If you book a private charter, you may bring whomever you want with you on the boat. We just need to know how many kids are coming so we can have the appropriate number of children's life jackets aboard.

For the public cruises, children aren't NOT allowed...but the experience and the magic show aren't specifically geared towards kids. If you have children that can handle themselves on a boat for 2 hours with a bunch of adults who are probably going to be drinking, then sure, they can come. Use your best judgement as a parent. We are considering doing kids cruises in the future, so stay tuned for more information about that.

No animals are allowed aboard during the public cruises. If you book the boat for a private charter and you have a well behaved dog that won't bite, and won't potty on the boat, they are welcome to come.

That's fine! We offer scheduled cruises with magic shows, and if you book a private charter you can add a magician to your package, but if you just want to cruise the harbor and aren't interested in magic, that's fine too! No magic required aboard.

All scheduled cruises and private charters will pick up at Dock 55 which is located in Fisherman's Village in Marina Del Rey. More specific instructions will be given when you purchase your ticket or book your private charter.

No. The Tiki Boat stays within the protected waters of Marina Del Rey Harbor.

The Tiki Boat is a pontoon catamaran which makes for a very stable surface so we don't experience much rocking and rolling like other boats might. Also, we stay within the calm, protected waters of Marina Del Rey so the water is always flat. While we can't guarantee anything, the chances of anyone getting sea sick are very low.
